f-ACT Magazine accepts submissions from around the globe; please look at the strict but simple guidelines below before sending any content.

Submission Guidelines:

Please initially send a two-line proposal via email to or via the Contact form.

The article must fit into one of f-ACT’s categories and sub-categories, for example Fashion: Women, or Family: Education

Font and Format: Times New Roman or Arial in size 12, copied into the body of an email or on a Word document. Ensure there are paragraphs, and that the list of five is clearly numbered.

Structure: A short introduction, followed by one of the following:

  1. 5 Interview questions answered by…
  2. 5 Inspirational (quotes or images)
  3. 5 Steps to…
  4. 5 Tips for…
  5. 5 Reasons for…

Word Limit: 500 limit

Features: f-ACT is interested in publishing longer features that are shared stories from the viewpoint of the writer. These features still need to fit into the f-ACT categories.

Word Limit for Features: up to 5000 words

Images: preferably 180dpi, and dimensions need to be 1000 pixels width, by 600 (approx) pixels in height.

YOU MUST HAVE PERMISSION TO USE THE IMAGES YOU SEND: (so images you have taken or bought are best).

Language: English spelling, for example, realise and not realize.

No swearing or offensive language.

At this stage, the articles will be proofed by an editor, but in the future, as f-ACT grows, or in the event a print publication is launched, then more guidelines will be provided.
